Rosa Maria Alvarado, 89, of Pawtucket, passed away Saturday at Summit Commons in Providence after an illness. She was the wife of the late Carmelo Alvarado, who passed away a year ago.
Rosa was born in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, a daughter of Quiterio and Esther Alvarado Santiago. She was a home maker and was devoted to her family. She leaves a son Efrain Reyes of Puerto Rico, four daughters, Luz Crespo and Iluminada Perez both of Pawtucket, Maria Esther Reyes and Leonilda Reyes both of Puerto Rico. She also leaves 18 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday morning at 11:30 AM in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home, Central Falls. Burial will follow in No. Burial Ground, Branch Ave. Providence. Calling hours at the Funeral Home, Tuesday morning from 9:30 AM
