Wanda Mae Auclair lifelong of Pawtucket passed away suddenly on October 31, 2023. Ms. Auclair was 67 years old. Wanda was born on February 12, 1956 in Pawtucket to her parents the late Elizabeth (McKitchen) and Walter Burda.
Wanda was a beloved and longtime employee of Quality Rental where she worked as a Linen Specialist for 26 years. She was the type of woman who would give you the shirt off her back. Her kind and sweet nature put people at ease yet Wanda was spicy and could “tell it like it is”, if the moment required. She was also an admitted “Dunkin’ Junkie” when it came to her coffee, only Dunkin’ Donuts would do. Family and friends will always remember Wanda having her coffee and her chap-stick at the ready.
Ms. Auclairs’ home was adorned with classic Americana décor making the house always feel like home. She had a love for the ocean, the beach and lighthouses. Above all of Wanda’s passions, none overmatched her passion and fierce love for her family. Ms. Auclair was an incredible mom, grandmother and friend. Her imprint on this life and her legacy will be felt and remembered for many generations to come.
Wanda Mae Auclair is survived by her beloved children Katie Auclair and her husband Ron Jablonski of Pawtucket and Kerrie Auclair also of Pawtucket. Ms. Auclair was the proud grandmother of Kiana Goncalves, Davante Goncalves and Ariana Jablonski. She was the sister of Walter Burda and his companion Carol of Pawtucket, Melissa Burda of Pawtucket and Gloria Lowney of Riverside. Wanda is also survived by her former husband and friend Gary Auclair of Warwick and her “3rd Daughter” and lifelong family friend Tiffany Paolino of Pawtucket.
