Vilma G. Estrada of Pawtucket passed peacefully on the evening of Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Estrada was 60 years old. She was the wife of Jorge Estrada, with whom she shared 33 years of marriage.
Born in Guatemala City, Guatemala on February 19, 1962, she was daughter of the late Marcos Sergio Juárez and Catalina Molina de Juárez. She was the sister of Sergio Juárez of Guatemala and the late Carlos Juárez. Vilma was a devoted Catholic and a member of the St. Charles Catholic church community. For many years Mrs. Estrada worked as a medical translator with Horton Interpreting Services, Inc.
Vilma’s enjoyments were going out to restaurants as well as visiting the mountains in New Hampshire to take in the scenery.
Vilma’s family and close friends were everything to her. In addition to her husband Jorge, she is survived by her cousin Doris Salguero, the DeOssa Family of Central Falls, as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Calling Hours will be 5-8pm on Friday October 28th in The Coelho Home 151 Cross Street Central Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Saturday October 29th at St. Charles Catholic Church 178 Dexter St Providence. Interment will follow in Mount Saint Mary’s Cemetery 661 Prospect St. Pawtucket.
