Valarie J. Edwards

Valarie J Edwards, 60 years old, passed away at Rhode Island Hospital after a battle with COPD. She was born in Providence, a daughter of the late Val Gene and Ruth A. Edwards and was a lifelong resident of the city. She had been employed as a manager for Dunkin Donuts for many years.

She is survived by a daughter, Theresa Edwards of Providence and two sons, Corey Edwards of Warwick and Val Edwards of Providence. She also leaves two sisters, Ruth Rooney of Providence and Amy Beil of Maine, four Grandchildren, Michael Phipps, Halie Phipps, Alizae A. Link and Donzell Edwards. She was the sister of Raymond Fugere and Julie Ionato.

A Service of Remembrance will be held Monday in the Coelho Home, 151 Cross Street Central Falls, from 5 until 7 PM. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend.
