Theresa Malloy Obituary
Theresa Delia (Plamondon) Malloy 94 of Cumberland formerly of Central Falls, died peacefully on the morning of June 2, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Malloy was the wife of Thomas J. Malloy.
Born on May 8, 1928 in Pawtucket, Theresa was the daughter of the late Oscar and Emma (Camire) Plamondon. She worked as a cake decorator for Harvest Bakery before working many years for Cadillac Textile. Mrs. Malloy was a devote catholic and a longtime parishioner of the former Notre Dame Parish.
In addition to her husband Thomas, Theresa is survived by her daughters Gale Pina of Cumberland and Debra L’Esperance of Central Falls. She is reunited with her daughter the late Catherine Greene. Mrs. Malloy was the sister of; Lt. Col. Robert Plamondon of Woonsocket, Rita Mills of Florida, Irene Plamondon of South Attleboro, MA, Calire Plamondon of Florida and the late Pauline Wood, Doris Shea, Roland Plamondon, Raymond Plamondon, Normand Plamondon and Gerard Plamondon. Mrs. Malloy was a proud grandmother of 7 and a great grandmother of 5.
Visiting Hours will be held on Monday June 6th from 6-8pm with a prayer service beginning at 7:45pm in The Coelho Home 151 Cross St. Central Falls, RI 02863.
