Susan (Vezina) Sousa

Susan M. Sousa of Central Falls passed away on May 18, 1962 at The Miriam Hospital in Providence.  Ms. Sousa was 64 years old. 

Born in Providence on March 18, 1962, Susan was the daughter of Richard Vezina and the late Atonetta (Malascalza) Vezina.  She was a graduate of Warwick Veterans Memorial High School.  Throughout her life, Susan worked in childcare and as a deli associate. 

Susan was the beloved mother of Robert Sousa, Melissa Shaffield and Mary Rose Sousa. Ms. Sousa was a proud grandmother.  She was the sister of Sandra Choen, Shelly Hunter and Stephen Vezina.  In addition to her mother, Ms. Sousa is reunited with her sister, the late Sharon Vezina.
