Silvia Urbina Mejia

Silvia Urbina Mejia of Providence died peacefully surrounded by her beloved family on the morning of November 22, 2024 following a long illness.  Mrs. Urbina was 60 years old.  She was the wife of Pedro Ramirez.

Mrs. Urbina was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala on November 17, 1964, daughter of Patrocinio Urbina and Aseda Mejia.  She had lived in Rhode Island for 20 years.  Silvia was a devote Christian who had a beautiful faith in God. 

In addition to her husband Silvia Urbina Mejia is survived by her 3 sons; Pablo Alexandro Flores Urbina, Daniel Estuardo Flores Urbina and Nestor Javier Urbina Mejia, all of Providence.  She also survived by 5 siblings all of Guatemala.

Visiting Hours will be held on Tuesday November 26th from 9am-12pm in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home 151 Cross St. Central Falls, RI.  A funeral service will be celebrated following the visitation.  Interment will follow in North Burial Ground 5 Branch Ave in Providence.
