Samuel Thomas Puckett II

Samuel T. Puckett II a resident of Pawtucket formerly of Swansea, MA passed away on May 28, 2022.  Mr. Puckett was 68 years old.  He was born on October 28, 1953 in North Carolina and was the son of the late Samuel T. and Dorothy I. (Sicard) Puckett.

Samuel graduated from Joseph Case High School in Swansea, MA and worked as a truck driver in his younger days.  He later went into business for himself in restaurant and restroom equipment supply sales.  Mr. Puckett has many friends as he was a very out- going guy.  He also loved animals, especially his cat, “Kitty”. 

Samuel is survived by his daughter Mandy Puckett and her companion Daniel Merhib of Attleboro, MA.  He was the proud grandfather of Andre M. Demelo, Michael P. Demelo, Jr., Anthony J. Demelo and Xayvion T. Demelo.  Mr. Puckett is reunited with his sister Diana Millette who passed away 2 weeks before him. 

Following cremation a celebration of life will take place at Slater Park in Pawtucket.  Arrangements are under the care of The Coelho Home of Central Falls.
