Samuel Johnson Jr. 65, of Cumberland, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, with his family by his side. He was born in Pawtucket, a son of the late Samuel and Carol E. (Johnson) Johnson. Sam had been employed in the HVAC industry for several years before retiring due to illness. He had served his country by serving in the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his only sister, with whom he resided, Jacqueline Lee Munson, he also leaves his son, Nicholas Johnson Gram. He was pre-deceased by a brother and two sisters.

A memorial tribute will be held at a later date.
