Ruth E. (Archibald) Magee

Ruth E. Magee, 76, of Rumford, Rhode Island, passed away peacefully after an illness. She was the former wife of the late Kenneth James Magee. She was born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Joseph C. "Joey" and Ruth Frances (Briden) Archibald. She lived most of her life in the Blackstone Valley area until moving to Rumford. Ruth was a graduate of the former West High School in Pawtucket  attended Bryant University and had been employed at Matrix Inc. for over 30 years before retiring in 2015 as senior executive accountant. 

She leaves behind, two daughters, Lisa Magee of Pawtucket and Denine  Magee and her companion Joseph Gonsalves, her principal care givers, of Rumford and a son Kenneth James Magee Jr and his wife Sandra of Pawtucket.  She also leaves a sister Carol Ann Kassoway of Pennsylvania and her two children, Raina and Eric Kassoway also of Pennsylvania, She also leaves two Grandchildren Shaina Ellen Noli  and Amanda Magee and two Great Grandsons, Jace Noli and Jaxson Rego. She was the mother of the late Peter James Magee.

Her Funeral will be held Tuesday at 9 AM from the COELHO HOME, Central Falls, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, 103 Pine Street Pawtucket at 10 AM. Interment will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Rhode Island Avenue, Johnston. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
