Rosa Hernandez Obituary

Rosa Hernandez 67 of Providence passed away peacefully on the evening of April 24, 2026 at Philip Hulitar Hope Hospice Center surrounded by the love of her family.

Ms. Hernandez was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, on May 22, 1958.

Rosa was a beloved mother, grandmother and sister.
