Richard DeRoche

Richard DeRoche of Warwick passed away unexpectedly on February 10, 2023 at his residence.  He was 44 years old.  Richard was born on October 28, 1978 in Pawtucket and was the son of the late Denise DeRoche and Richard Howarth.

For many years, Richard worked in the food industry.  Earlier in his career he worked as a butcher for Rojak prior to it's closing.  He most recently worked in managerial positions for Subway and Quiznos. 

Some of Mr. DeRoche’s greatest enjoyments were watching local sports teams and going to the pier to fish.

Richard is survived by his uncle Edward "Red" T. DeRoche, his aunts; Catherine Auclair and Betty Jane Carlier all of Pawtucket. He also leaves behind several cousins.  

A funeral service will held at 1pm on Friday February 17^th in the chapel at Mount Saint Mary’s Cemetery 661 Prospect St. in Pawtucket.  Arrangements are under the care and direction of The Coelho Home of Central Falls.
