Patricia Guellar Obituary

Patricia Ann Guellar, who celebrated her 63rd birthday last week, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of Gregory S. Guellar Sr.  She was born in Boston, MA a daughter of the late John Henry  and Geraldine T. (Eames) Campbell, She lived most of her life in the Pawtucket area. Patricia had been employed as a Unit Secretary at Rhode Island Hospital for more than 19 years retiring due to illness. She was an avid sports fan, including NASCAR racing, the New England Patriots and a big TB 12 fan. Patricia enjoyed gardening and music around the fire pit, loved her dog Remington and her three cats.

Besides her husband, she leaves a daughter, Sarah Lyn Guellar of Philadelphia, PA, a step son Gregory S. Guellar Jr. of Brick, NJ, a step daughter Jamie Lyn Guellar of Pawtucket and two Grandchildren, Haylee and Jackson Guellar. She also was the sister of Tammy McCarthy of Uxbridge, Ma, David and Michael Campbell both of Pawtucket and John Campbell of St. Charles, Missouri.

The family requests, that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to The American Cancer Society. 

Visitation will be held Friday February 26th from 5 PM with a Prayer Service at 7 PM.
