Pablo Juan Rivera

Pablo Juan Rivera 77 of East Providence and formerly of Taunton, MA died on October 24, 2023 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. Mr. Rivera was born on August 13, 1946 in Santruce, Puerto Rico to Julia Ramos and Pablo Rivera.

Mr. Rivera had called Rhode Island home for the last 25 years following his move from Taunton, MA. He loved being around people especially those he loved most, his beautiful family. His happy nature was easy to see because was always had a smile on his face. Pablo had a wonderful sense of humor and a genuine love for his family and friends.

Mr. Rivera loved music and he had musical gifts in his own right such as playing the Congas. He also enjoyed playing Dominos.

Pablo Juan Rivera is survived by his children; Norma Martinez, Carmen Rivera, Julie Rivera, Mildred Rivera, Magaly Rivera, Pablo Rivera and Juan Rivera. Mr. Rivera was a proud grandfather of 22 and a great grandfather of 14. He is survived by his sister Juanita Correa of Taunton, MA and he is reunited with his late siblings; Robert Rivera, Martin Rivera, Carmen Rivera and Ana Deleon.

Visiting Hours to which Relatives and Friends are cordially invited will be held on Monday October 30th from 4-8pm in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home 151 Cross St. Central Falls, RI 02863. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Tuesday October 31st at St. Mary’s Parish 14 St. Mary’s
Square Taunton, MA 02780. Interment will follow in St. Josephs Cemetery 475 E. Britannia St. Taunton, MA 02780.
