Oliverio Flor Obituary

Oliverio M. Flor, 55, of Providence, passed away at Hope Hospice in Providence after a battle with cancer. He was the husband of Rosa Maria Ferreira Flor. Oliverio was born in Ponte Del Garde, Azores, Portugal and had migrated to the United States in 1999.

He had been a construction worker all his life until illness forced his retirement. Besides his wife, he leaves a son Richard Flor of East Providence and his daughter, Monica, with whom he made his home. He also leaves two brothers, Gilbert and Jose Manuel Ferreira both of Canada and two sisters, Alda Flor of Providence and Maria Lourdes Ferreira of Portugal and his precious Granddaughter, Kolby.

A Memorial service will be held at a time and date to be announced.
