Milagros Santiago, 66, of Pawtucket, passed away at Miriam Hospital after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Rafael Santiago. Born in Villalba, Puerto Rico, a daughter of the late Santurno Torres and Maria Rivera, she migrated to New England more than 40 years ago. She first settled in Boston, MA, moved to Providence and latter to Pawtucket where she resided for several years. She had been employed in area textile mills and was a floor lady at her last employment.
She is survived by a daughter, Diana M. Santiago of Cranston and four sons, Victor Rafael Santiago of East Providence, William Santiago of Central Falls, Anibal Santiago of Lincoln and Leonard Lee Santiago of Pawtucket. She also is survived by two sisters, ten Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren
Her Funeral Service will be held Friday at 10 Am in the Coelho Home, Central Falls. Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 5 until 8 PM in the Coelho Home. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend.
