Michael Gagan Sr.

Michael Gagan Sr., 61, of Providence, passed away peacefully with his loving family at his side at the Roger Williams Medical Center on Friday, July 16, 2021. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Edward J. and Barbara M. (Schupp) Gagan. He lived most of his life in Pawtucket before later moving to Providence. Michael worked with his family as an automobile mechanic for many years. He was a loyal Patriot's fan, an admirer of the American Bald Eagle, a symbol of our country and an avid cook. 

Michael leaves behind his: two sons, Jason Gagan of Fall River, Michael Gagan Jr. of Attleboro; three daughters, Tina Packer of Pawtucket, Chrissy Gagan and Jenny L. Bolandz both of West Warwick; six brothers, Daniel Kelliher, David Gagan and Scott Gagan all of Pawtucket, Edward Gagan of Greenville, John Gagan of Rumford and William Gagan of Attleboro; four sisters, Linda Allcock, and Barbara Jackson of Attleboro, Nancy Dionne of Pawtucket and Lorri O'Brien of North Kingstown; and six grand-sons of whom he was very proud. 

A small gathering in Michael's memory will be held privately.
