Mary Alice (Bannon) Welch

Mary Alice (Bannon) Welch passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 24, 2021 after spending the day surrounded by her loving family. 

Mary was born in Providence, Rhode Island the fifth child of William Bannon and Laureta (Hoye) Bannon. She was the former wife of the late Donald Loiselle and the late Donald Welch. She was a home health aide, helping to care for many clients well into her 80's. She was a woman of great determination having survived dialysis three times a week for the last five years never letting her chronic health condition hold her back from enjoying her life. 

Mary was truly the "get up, get dressed, and get it done" kind of lady. She made many friends at the Fresenine Dialysis Center in Pawtucket and will be remembered fondly. She was an avid reader and loved being surrounded by her many books. She also enjoyed embroidery, serving and was a talented seamstress. 

She is survived by her 4 children, Marjorie Brouilette (Ray) of Narragansett, RI, Donald Loiselle Jr. of North Providence, RI, James Loiselle of Providence, RI and Kevin Loiselle of Port Street Lucie, FL. She was pre-deceased by her daughter, Sheila Loiselle. She also leaves behind 5 Grandchildren, John, Dennis, Gina Gallant; Joshua and Michael Loiselle, Nine-Great-Grandchildren. She was also the great-great-grandmother of the Britny Loiselle
