Martha Zoila (Gonzalez) Purizaca

Martha Z. (Gonzalez) Purizaca, 75, of No. Providence, passed away at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence after an illness. She was born in Callao, Peru, a daughter of the late Adrian Gonzalez and Rosa Esther Gonzalez.

 Martha had been employed as a school teacher and taught in the Providence public school system and taught at Mt. Pleasant, she also worked at the Smith Hill Day Care Center for many years. She graduated from CCRI with an Associate's Degree and from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor's Degree.

She is survived by three sons, Aldo and Demetrio Purizaca both of Smithfield and Richard Purizaca of North Providence. She also leaves two brothers, Adrian Gonzalez of West Warwick and Emilio Gonzalez of Providence and a Granddaughter, Diannera Purizaca.

VISITATION, will be held FRIDAY, July 5th, from 5 until 8 PM in the Coelho Home, Central Falls. Her funeral for Family and Close Friends, will be held Saturday, July 6th at 9 AM with a Prayer Service at 10 AM in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Swan Point Cemetery, 585 BLackstone Boulevard, Providence.
