Mario Moreno Obituary

Mario A. Moreno of Pawtucket passed away on August 21, 2022 at The Miriam Hospital in Providence. Mr. Moreno was 81 years old. He was the husband of Olga Urbina de Moreno. Born on September 8, 1940 in Catarina San Marcos, Guatemala he was the son of the late Josefina Moreno.

Family was everything to Mr. Moreno. He was the loving father of 6 children; Fluvia Lopez of Pawtucket, Elvia Rivera of E. Providence, Aura Aguirre of Providence, Klearly Montufar of Central Falls, Mario Moreno, Jr. of Guatemala and Jose Moreno of Guatemala. Mr. Moreno was a proud grandfather of Mario Augusto, Cesar Javier, Carol Ann, Alex, Elvia Marina, Marelin, Derek, Olga , Lester, Adrian, Jhoel and Jhoseline and a doting great grandfather of Jeremy, Ethan, Jaime, Javiercito, Leidi, Isabelle, Sammy and Raphy. He is also survived by his brother Romeo Moreno of Guatemala and his son in law Cesar Lopez of Pawtucket.

Visiting Hours will be 5-8pm on Wednesday August 24^th in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home 151 Cross St. Central Falls, RI 02863. A funeral will be celebrated for Mr. Moreno in the funeral home on Thursday August 25^th at 10am. Burial will follow in Swan Point Cemetery in Providence.

Mario A. Moreno de Pawtucket falleció el 21 de agosto de 2022 en el Hospital Miriam de Providence. El Sr. Moreno tenía 81 años. Era el marido de Olga Urbina de Moreno. Nacido el 8 de septiembre de 1940 en Catarina San Marcos, Guatemala, era hijo de la difunta Josefina Moreno.

La familia lo era todo para el Sr. Moreno. Era el amoroso padre de 6 hijos; Fluvia López de Pawtucket, Elvia Rivera de E. Providence, Aura Aguirre de Providence, Klearly Montufar de Central Falls, Mario Moreno, Jr. de Guatemala y José Moreno de Guatemala. El Sr. Moreno era un orgulloso abuelo de Mario Augusto, César Javier, Carol Ann, Alex, Elvia Marina, Marelin, Derek, Olga, Lester, Adrian, Jhoel y Jhoseline y bisabuelo de Jeremy, Ethan, Jaime, Javiercito, Leidi, Isabelle, Sammy y Raphy. También le sobreviven su hermano Romeo Moreno de Guatemala y su yerno César López de Pawtucket.

El horario de visita será de 5 a 8 p.m. del miércoles 24 de agosto en la funeraria Charles Coelho 151 Cross St. Central Falls, RI 02863. Se celebrará un funeral para el Sr. Moreno en la funeraria el jueves 25 de agosto a las 10 de la mañana. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio de Swan Point en Providence.
