Luis Hector Reyes

Luis Hector Reyes of Cranston, RI passed away on July 13, 2024 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA following a courageous with lymphoma.  Mr. Reyes was 56 years old.  He was born on July 8, 1968 in Ponce, Puerto Rico and was the son of Hector Luis Reyes and the late Iris Cruz Torres, with whom he is reunited.

Mr. Reyes worked in the transportation industry as a truck driver for several years with Gold Metal out of Fall River, MA.  He was a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed going out for breakfast at Maria’s.  His 5 grandchildren made him feel like the luckiest man on earth.  Luis was an exceptionally hard worker and solid family man.

Luis Hector Reyes is survived by his children Lisandra Reyes of Woonsocket, Gloriana Reyes of Woonsocket, Luis Francisco Reyes of Pawtucket and Francisco Luis of Providence.  As mentioned, he was the proud grandfather of 5 grandchildren.  He leaves behind his siblings Hector Luis Reyes of Puerto Rico, Iris Foilin of Puerto Rico and Margarita Santiago of Florida. 

Visiting Hours will be held on Friday July 19th from 7-9pm in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home 151 Cross St. Central Falls, RI.  A prayer service will be celebrated at 8pm in the funeral home.  All other services will be held privately.
