Luis A. Mujica Ramirez, Sr., 67, of Pawtucket returned to God's care early morning on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Berkshire Place in Providence. Born on a small farm in Fajardo, Puerto Rico on May 22, 1954, he was one of three children born to Luis M. Mujica and Rosa Ramirez. Luis grew up surrounded by horses, cows and other animals that inspired him to love and revere animals.
In the mid seventies, Luis traveled to Massachusetts where he eventually found himself in the presence of a very special woman, when they became neighbors he had no idea that their friendship would develop into a lifelong bond that led to the birth of their two sons. Luis met Jenny and together they had their sons, Harley and Luis Jr. they blended their family and raised the four boys together. Luis Sr. supported his family alongside Jenny as a handyman who not only thrived with his small business but was surprisingly handy thanks to his history on the family farm. He was a proud fan of Westerns and Cowboy inspired movies thanks to his childhood memories.
Luis is survived by the love of his life, Juana Rivera Claussell; his sons and step sons, Harley, Luis, Carlos and Joan; his brother, Vasillo Mujica; sister, Rosa Mujica as well as four grandchildren whom he treasured above all else.
