Luis B. Feliz
Obituary
Luis B. Feliz, 79 of Central Falls, passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Miriam Hospital, after an illness. He was the longtime companion of Brenda Hazard. Luis was born in Barahona, the Dominican Republic, a son of the late Juan Antonio Mateo and Hortencia Feliz. He had been a master upholsterer before migrating to the United States and settling in Rhode Island.
Besides his companion, he leaves two sons, Luis B. Mateo and his wife of New York and Antonio Feliz Figueroa of Puerto Rico and his daughter Gloria Feliz Figueroa also of Puerto Rico.
He was the Grandfather of seven grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Luis was predeceased by three sisters, Maria Mateo Feliz, Luz Minerva Mateo Feliz and Maria Altagracia Mateo Feliz.
Relatives and friends are invited to VISITATION in the Coelho Home, Central Falls on Thursday from 9 until 11 AM with a Prayer Service at 11 AM. Interment will follow in St. Anne’s Cemetery Cranston.
