Lucia Fatima (Dias) Gerlach

Lucia Fatima (Dias) Gerlach of Pawtucket died unexpectedly on August 20. 2023 at The Miriam Hospital.  Ms. Gerlach was 53 years old.  

Lucia was born on January 9, 1970 on Terceira Island in the Azores.  She was the daughter of Maria Machado and the late Jose Dias.  Ms. Gerlach was a dedicated homemaker and she loved nothing more than cooking for her beloved family.  

She is survived by her loving children Heather Gerlach of Pawtucket, Jamie Gerlach of Woonsocket, Christina Pinto of Pawtucket and Peter Vieira of Pascoag.  Lucia was a proud grandmother to 9 grandchildren.  Ms. Gerlach was the sister of Paula Dias of Central Falls, Rob Dias of Pawtucket and Jimmy Dias of Providence.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday September 2nd from 11am-1pm in The Coelho Home 151 Cross St Central Falls.  Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend.
