Louise C. (Haneiwich) Kazarian

Louise C. Kazarian (Haneiwich) of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully yesterday after a brief battle with cancer.  

Born February 3, 1941 in Central Falls, Louise was the eldest child of the late Antoinette and John Haneiwich.  Louise was a graduate of Tolman High School.

Predeceased by her former husband, Leon K. Kazarian, they had two children together, Kevin Kazarian of Central Falls and the late Sandra A. Kazarian who passed away in 1964.  Throughout the years Louise and Leon remained close friends.  Louise was the cherished friend of Emily Shine of Pawtucket and her brother Jonathan Shine of Providence, whom she loved as her own children.  

She will be missed by her sister Sandra Cota and her husband Richard of Florida, and by her brother John Haneiwich of Florida. Louise was the sister of the late Patricia Paterson.  Louise always had fond memories of her nieces and nephews, Marc Nadeau and his wife Laurie of Colorado, Dawn Flanagan and her husband Curt of East Providence, Kara Paterson of East Providence and Jonathan Haneiwich and his wife Beth of Pawtucket.

Louise's career in the hospitality field spanned many years.  She was a strong, independent woman who worked until the age of 80, retiring just this past June because of her illness.  Her profession in the hospitality field yielded great memories from throughout her long career.  Louise worked at Davenports Family Restaurant in Cumberland for 23 years.  She was always appreciative of the Davenport Family and is especially thankful for the many wonderful friends and co-workers she met there.  Their love and support was so important to her during her battle with cancer.

Louise enjoyed gardening, working in her yard and caring for pets.  Being in the hospitality field, Louise loved going out to dinner with Kevin Emily and Jonathan, always enjoying time with her family.  

Louise's funeral service will be held at 10am on Monday November 29th in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home 151 Cross St. Central Falls, RI 02863.  Interment will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery 359 Daggett Ave in Pawtucket.  

Calling Hours are Sunday November 28th from 2-4pm.  Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend.
