Kul Bhushan ( Bush) Chauhdary, 69 years old, passed away Friday at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence after a long battle with heart disease.
He was the beloved husband of Lucilia M. (Morgado) Chauhdary. He was born in Jahla, India, a son of the late Arvin D. and Satya Chauhdary. He lived in No. Carolina a short time, moved to Rhode Island some 30 years ago. Bush was a self made entrepreneur and had been involved in many projects in his lifetime. Mr.Chauhdary was the Founder and Patron of the Indian Museum and Heritage Society, the past president of the India Association of Rhode Island and was closely associated with the Vedanta Society of Providence.
Besides his wife, he leaves two daughters Belinda Lill and her husband Adam, of Greenville, MA, and Sabrina Stya Chauhdary of Providence. He also leaves two brothers, Bharat Chaudhary and Brig Chaudhary both of Cranston and a sister Vijay Laxmi of Rehoboth, MA, nieces and nephews and a multitude of friends. He will be sadly missed by many in the community.
