Joseph Lassiter Obituary

Joseph T. Lassiter, 61, of Woonsocket, passed away at his residence last Sunday. He was born in Providence a son of the late Cleo Lassiter. He has lived most of his life in Providence until moving to Woonsocket 2 years ago.

Joseph had been employed at the Narragansett Gray Foundry for several years before working at RI Buckle Co in Georgiaville as a molder. Joseph was a Christian man and had a strong belief in God.

He is survived by his father, Earl Hines of Warwick and four brothers, Jerome Hines of Rumford, RI, Robert Hines of No. Carolina, Brian Lassiter of Texas and Edward Hines of Providence. He also leaves two uncles, Willey and Leo Lassiter both of Providence, nieces and nephews.
