Joseph Earl King

Joseph Earl King 43 of Central Falls died on September 19, 2023, at The Miriam Hospital following a courageous battle against diabetes for most of his adult life.  Joe was born on November 19, 1979 to his beloved mother June Higgins. 

Despite Health issues most of his life, Mr. King was an example of positivity, especially when it came to people.  He enjoyed talking with others and treated every person that he met like they were the most important person in the room.  Joe’s insights on life and learning from his experiences made him a natural big brother and friend who always had a great perspective of what was most important. In a dark time, Mr. King was the light who guided those he loved with his experience, gentle nature and sound advice.

In addition to his beloved mother June, Joseph Earl King is survived by his son Joseph Mcquire.  Joe was the cherished older brother of John Higgins and Sophie Higgins.

Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to Visiting Hours on Friday September 29th from 9-11am in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home 151 Cross St. Central Falls.  An 11am prayer service will follow the visitation.  Burial is in Woodlawn-North Purchase Cemetery in Attleboro, MA.
