Jesus A. Laboy Mercado

Jesus A. Laboy Mercado of North Providence formerly of Central Falls, passed away suddenly on October 19, 2024 at Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket.  He was born on May 28, 1970 in San Juan, Puerto Rico to his parents, Nereida Mercado Rivera and the late Juan Laboy Dorilla.  Mr. Mercado was the beloved husband of Nereida Garcia. Jesus was a talented musician and had a special love for the Harmonica.  There was a place for all music in his heart and he also enjoyed Martial Arts.  In addition to his beloved wife and mother, Jesus A. Laboy is survived by his children Jesus Gabriel Laboy Garcia, Zadkiel Laboy and Deianeira Laboy.  He is also survived by his brothers Angel Laboy Mercado and Juan Laboy Mercado.  

Visitation will take place from 10-11am on October 25th in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home 151 Cross St. Central Falls.  A funeral service will be celebrated in the funeral home at 11am.  Interment will follow in North Burial Ground in Providence.
