Jerard Welcome Obituary

Jerard Allen Welcome 54 of Providence formerly of Brooklyn, NY died peacefully on Christmas Eve under the care of Philip Hulitar Hope Hospice in Providence. Mr. Welcome was born on January 25, 1969 in Bronx, NY to Bertha (Slaughter) and Roberto Welcome. Jerard was an avid sports fan and loved the Boston Red Sox. He enjoyed 90's Rap and was a talented lyric writer in his own right.

Mr. Welcome is survived by his significant other Lamarr Roberts of Pawtucket as well as his cousins Vivian Smith and Steven Smith.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday January 27th from 1-3pm in Coelho Funeral Home 151 Cross St. Central Falls. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
