Gerald Holland

Gerald Holland 63 of Pawtucket passed away on the morning of May 2, 2026. 

He was born in Providence on July 31, 1962, son of Lois Ann (Philbin) and the late Francis Holland.  Gerald was raised and educated in Pawtucket, graduating from Tolman High School in 1981.  He worked in construction for most of his life, specifically for his uncle’s company, Guisti Construction. 

Mr. Holland enjoyed fishing and being at the beach.  He loved the game of football and cheered for the Patriots however, he had a special place in his heart for the New York Jets due to his uncle Gerry Philbin playing for the Jets when Gerald was a kid.  Mr. Holland’s greatest attribute was his dependability, as he would help anyone in need, especially his family. 

In addition to his mother Lois Holland, Gerald is survived by his brothers Daniel Holland and his wife Deirdre of Attleboro, Glenn Holland of Pawtucket, Frank Holland and his wife Susan of Pawtucket and Peter Holland of Burrillville.  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A visitation to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend will be held from 9-10:30am on Thursday May 7th in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home 151 Cross St. Central Falls, RI.  A funeral service will be celebrated in the funeral home at 10:30am.  Burial will follow in Mt. St. Mary’s Cemetery 661 Prospect St. Pawtucket.
