Elaine Helen (Ostrenga) Pariseau

Elaine Helen (Ostrenga) Pariseau a longtime resident of Central Falls passed away on October 26, 2025, at The Miriam Hospital in Providence.  She was 76 years old.  Elaine was the beloved wife of Germain “Jim” Pariseau. 

Mrs. Pariseau was born on March 6, 1949, in Marinette, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Helen (Lizak) and Edward Ostrenga.  She called Central Falls home since her youth. Elaine worked as a knitter for Health Tex for several years.  Her greatest work was conducted at home, as she was an outstanding wife, mother and grandmother.

In addition to her husband Jim, Elaine is survived by her daughters Helen Souza of Central Falls and Cathy (Bellows) Pariseau of Cumberland.  She was the proud grandmother of Amanda (Souza) Roblero of Huntington, West Virginia. 

Visitation to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend will be on Thursday October 30th from 10:00-11:30am in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home 151 Cross St. Central Falls, RI.  Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery 261 W. Wrentham Rd. in Cumberland.
