Eduardo Leon Martinez Alvarez

Eduardo Leon Martinez Alvarez of Lincoln passed away on April 29, 2025 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence at the age of 64.  Mr. Martinez was the husband of Janeth Fernandez Cerquera.

Mr. Martinez was born on April 30, 1960 in Cali, Colombia, son of Ernesto Martinez and Mildred Alvarez.  He worked as a mechanical operator for Antaya Technologies Corporation in Warwick since 2018. 

Mr. Martinez loved animals and was always happy.  His jokes and positive energy was contagious.  He had jokes for everything and everyone.  Above all, Eduardo was an excellent son, father and husband.  He will be missed by all.

In addition to his parents and his wife, Eduardo is survived by his children, Andres Felipe Martinez Villa of Cali, Colombia, Alejandro Ramos Ortega of Pawtucket and Natalia Ramos of Lincoln.  He was the proud grandfather of Nicole and Isabella.  

Visiting Hours to which relatives and friends are cordially invited will be held from 4-8pm on Monday May 5th in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home 151 Cross St. in Central Falls.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Tuesday May 6th in St. Jean Baptist 69 Quincy Ave Pawtucket.  Burial will be private.
