Donna DiCenzo Obituary

Donna was an alumni of St. Joseph’s School of Nursing, earning her Diploma of Nursing.  She was a Registered Nurse at Memorial Hospital, Woman & Infants, and Roger Williams Hospital for many years. She then went on with her wife to become proprietors of Blackstone Valley Assisted Living for the past 20 years before retiring in 2020.

Donna was well known to be an avid Patriots and Celtics fan, never missing a game. But most of all Donna loved her family and could always be found spending time with one of her children or grandchildren.

She leaves behind a beloved wife; Concetta DiCenzo; four daughters, Dawna Giguere of Pawtucket RI, Kayla Giguere of Pawtucket RI, Amanda Giguere of Central Falls RI, Vanessa Tabares of Cumberland RI, a son; Brian DiCenzo of Bucksport, ME, Nine grandchildren; Alana, Lariah, Julian, Jared, Avaya, Little John, Lukas, Logan and Juliette; a Sister-In-Law Patricia Champagne of North Providence, RI.  She leaves two sisters; Darleen Joseph and her husband, Scott, and Christine Feld and her husband, Robert, Jr., both of Pawtucket RI, as well her brother the late James Day Jr.

Relatives and friends (limited to 85 attendees with face-coverings or masks) are welcome to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday March 5, at 10 a.m. at St. Teresa Church, located at 358 Newport Ave, Pawtucket, RI.
