David Rogers Obituary

David Alan Rogers 73 and a lifelong resident of Pawtucket died on February 11, 2025, at The Miriam Hospital in Providence.  Mr. Rogers was born to Frederick M. Rogers and Barbara L. (Donnelly) on May 10, 1951, in Pawtucket.

David enlisted in The United States Marine Corp. and served our country honorably.  He worked as a Handy Man and was known as a good character and a jokester.  One of his passions was playing softball representing a few of the local social clubs such as Hadwin Café and the Garfield Social Club.  He also loved listening to music.

David Alan Rogers is survived by his sisters Eileen Souza of Bellingham, MA, Donna Sabatini and her husband Rick of Seekonk, MA and by his brother James Rogers and his wife Cathy of Lincoln.  He was the brother the late Joyce Rogers of Swansea.  He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.  David is reunited with his late parents.

In accordance with his wishes, there will be no formal services.  A private cremation will take place at the Woodlawn-North Purchase Crematory in Attleboro, MA.  Arrangements made under the care and direction of the Charles Coelho Funeral Home of Central Falls.
