Darlene D. (Clifford) Laurie

Darlene D. Laurie 76 of Warwick passed away December 31, 2025, at Hebert Nursing Home in Smithfield.  Darlene was born in Attleboro, MA on September 3, 1949, daughter to the late Clorene (Lapalm) and Pereley O. Clifford, Sr.

Darlene was a graduate of Attleboro High School who had a talent for writing.  She wrote a collection of poems and works throughout the years.  Ms. Laurie worked for the Robinson Jewelry Manufacturing Co. where she was a respected supervisor and leader.  Darlene was both hardworking and intelligent.  She possessed a naturally happy demeanor and had a beautiful smile.

Darlene is survived by her sons Earl Laurie and his companion Barbie and Alan Laurie and his wife Nikki.  She was a proud grandmother of 4 grandchildren.  Darlene was the sister of Pereley O. Clifford, Jr., Craig Clifford, Karen Clifford.  In addition to her parents Darlene is reunited with her late siblings Bradley Clifford and Cheryl Clifford. 

In accordance with Darlene’s wishes all services will be private.  Arrangements are under the care of the Charles Coelho Funeral Home 151 Cross St. Central Falls, RI 02863.
