Carol Ann Ray, 73 of North Providence passed away on December 15, 2022 at The Miriam Hospital in Providence. She was born on July 11, 1949 in Providence.

Carol worked for many years as a Jewelry Maker and later a Homemaker.

Mrs. Ray is survived by her son, James "Jim" Ray and his wife Tiffany of Cumberland. She was also a grandmother to 3 grandchildren, Cole, Liam and James III,

In accordance with Carol's wishes, Private Cremation will take place in the Western Hills Crematory in Cranston. Arrangements are under the care of The Coelho Home of Central Falls.
