Bruce Michael Chlebek

Bruce M. Chlebek lifelong of Central Falls passed away at The Miriam Hospital in Providence on the evening of December 6, 2025.  Mr. Chlebek was 73 years old.

Mr. Chlebek was born in Central Falls at the former Notre Dame Hospital on June 15, 1952.  Bruce was a graduate of Central Falls High School and a proud veteran.  He worked in the printing business for Slater Screen Print in Pawtucket. 

Mr. Chlebek is survived by several nieces and nephews.  He reunites with his parents, the late Walter S. and Julia (Kowal) Chlebek and his brothers the late David Chlebek and Walter J. Chlebek. 

All services will be private.  Arrangements are under the care of the Charles Coelho Funeral Home 151 Cross St Central Falls, RI.
