Ashley Ovalles Bonifacio

Ashley Ovalles Bonifacio of Central Falls passed away suddenly in her sleep on May 28, 2026.  She was 20 years old.  Ashley was the daughter of Rosa I. Bonifacio Sanchez and Kelvyn Ovalles. 

Miss Ovalles was born on May 5, 2006 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.  She was a popular student in the Transitions Program at Central Falls High School, where her personality lit up the room.  Her biggest joy was making the people around her happy and smile. Ashley was the definition of a people person, making sure to say hello to everyone she passed.

Some of Ashley’s enjoyments included dancing, singing and watching movies while enjoying a bowl of popcorn.  She loved Mickey Mouse and butterflies.  Ashley had a deep faith and connection with God, praying every day, never for herself but, for others instead.  She was an exceptional soul.

In addition to her mother, Ashley Ovalles Bonifacio is survived by many friends and extended relatives. 

A Memorial Service and celebration of Ashley’s life to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend will be held on Monday June 22nd 1-3pm in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home 151 Cross St. Central Falls, RI.
