Annette Fellows of Pawtucket passed away peacefully on the morning of March 18, 2022 under the care of Philip Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence. Mrs. Fellows was 76 years old.

Private Cremation will take place at Western Hills Crematory in Cranston. Arrangements are under the care and direction of The Coelho Home of Central Falls.
