Alzira Agrela, 88, of Smithfield, passed away Monday at Heritage Hills Nursing Center after a brief illness. She was the wife of Amancio Agrela. She was born in Funchal, Medeira, Portugal, a daughter of the late Joaquim and Maria dosSantos. She and her husband have lived in Smithfield for several years. Alzira had been employed as a line worker at the former Texas Instruments of Attleboro and had worked there for 19 years before retiring. Her family was her greatest pride.
Besides her husband, she leaves three sons, John and his wife Eduarda Agrela of Central Falls, Filiberto Agrela of Smithfield and Frank and his wife Robyn Agrela of Hope, RI. She also leaves five treasured Grandchildren, Brenden Agrela, Kerri Agrela, Alexis Agrela, Alysha Agrela and Elizabeth Arruda.
Her Funeral will be PRIVATE.
