Alvaro Daniel Quiroa Reyes, de 29 años, de Pawtucket, falleció repentinamente el 24 de mayo de 2026.  Nació el 24 de marzo de 1997 en Ciudad de Guatemala, Guatemala, hijo de los fallecidos María Reyes y Luis Antonio Quiroa.

El Sr. Quiroa se graduó en Shea High School como miembro de la promoción de 2015, y posteriormente estudió Operaciones Empresariales en 2019.  Alvaro trabajó para AMICA Insurance Company de 2019 a 2023. Tras su etapa en AMICA, trabajó varios años en el sector bancario como cajero en Bank of America.  Tenía un corazón humilde y era una persona sencilla.

Músico talentoso, Álvaro tocaba el piano, la guitarra, el bajo y la batería, destacando especialmente con la Iglesia Getsemani House of Prayer en Pawtucket, así cómo en otras iglesias y distintos lugares musicales.

Álvaro Quiroa deja en vida a su querido hermano José Luis Quiroa, sus queridas hermanas Silvia Quiroa y su esposo Mario Muñoz, Evelin Quiroa y su esposo Erick Medrano. También sus amados sobrinos Meilin, Brian, Gabriel, Kimberly, Joel y Jacqueline.

La vida de Álvaro se celebrará el viernes 5 de junio durante el horario de visitas, a la que familiares y amigos asistirán cordialmente de 19:00 a 21:00 horas en la Casa de Oración de Getsemaní, 38 Park St., Pawtucket.  El servicio de despedida se celebrará a las 11:30 de la mañana del sábado 6 de junio en el cementerio Woodlawn-North Purchase de Attleboro.

Los arreglos están bajo el cuidado y dirección de la funeraria Charles Coelho, 151 Cross St. Central Falls, RI.

 

Alvaro Daniel Quiroa Reyes, 29, of Pawtucket, passed away suddenly on May 24, 2026.  He was born on March 24, 1997 in Guatemala City, Guatemala, the son of the late María Reyes and Luis Antonio Quiroa.

Mr. Quiroa graduated from Shea High School as a member of the Class of 2015, and subsequently studied Business Operations in 2019.  Alvaro worked for AMICA Insurance Company from 2019 to 2023. After his time at AMICA, he worked for several years in the banking sector as a teller at Bank of America.  He had a humble heart and was a simple person.

A talented musician, Álvaro played the piano, guitar, bass and drums, most notably with Getsemani House of Prayer Church in Pawtucket, other churches and other distinct musical places.

Álvaro Quiroa is survived by his beloved brother Jose Luis Quiroa, sisters Silvia Quiroa and her husband Mario Muñoz, and Evelin Quiroa and her husband Erick Medrano. His loved nieces and nephews Meilin, Brian, Gabriel, Kimberly, Joel and Jacqueline.

Alvaro's life will be celebrated on Friday, June 5 during visiting hours, which family and friends will cordially attend from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Gethsemane House of Prayer, 38 Park St., Pawtucket.  The farewell service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, at Woodlawn-North Purchase Cemetery in Attleboro.

The arrangements are under the care and direction of the Charles Coelho Funeral Home, 151 Cross St. Central Falls, RI.
