Juan J. Diaz, 64. of Central Falls, passed away Friday morning at Hope Hospice & Palliative Care, in Providence, after an illness. He was born in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico, a son of the late Juan Diaz and Carmen Hilda Hernandez.
He had been employed as a painter for Plastics Plus for nearly 15 years before retiring due to illness. He was married to Ana Mateo. He leaves 2 daughters, Grace Vasquez and her husband Isail, of Woonsocket, Wilmary Diaz of Pawtucket, 3 sons, Juan J. Diaz Jr. and his wife Dahiana of Pawtucket, Jose Diaz of No. Providence and Emanuel Diaz of Central Falls, 15 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. He also leaves a sister Wilma Diaz, 2 brothers, Carlos R. Diaz and Gilberto Diaz all of Puerto Rico. He was the brother of the late Jesus M. Diaz.
Visitation in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home, Wednesday evening from 5 until 8 PM.
