David Ortiz Salas, 62, of Pawtucket, passed away unexpectedly at Doctor's Hospital in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, while visiting family.
He was the husband of Carmen I. Calderon Hernandez. David was born in Manhattan, New York a son of Gimmy Ortiz and Evangelina Salas. He had resided in Pawtucket several years. David was a US Government civilian employee.
His Funeral Services were Wednesday February 6th and burial was in North Burial Ground, Providence, R.I.
