Daniel D. Whalen, 61, of Pawtucket, RI, passed away Friday, January 5, 2018. Born in South Plainfield, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Daniel and Susie (Suznovich) Whalen. Daniel was an Army Veteran. He was a lover of life, his family, friends, music, and God. He is survived by his son, Jayson Whalen and his wife, Gloria, four grandchildren, Sophia, Dalila, Joseph, and Isabel, daughters, Julie Whalen, Colleen Whalen, and Amanda Faughn. He also leaves his sister, Kathleen, and brothers Mike and Brian.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 9AM from the Charles Coelho Funeral Home, 151 Cross Street, Central Falls, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM in Saint Leo the Great Church of Pope John Paul II Parish, 697 Central Avenue, Pawtucket. Visiting hours Wednesday from 9AM-10:30AM, prior to Mass.
