Carmen Rios Fonseca, 83, passed away last Friday at Miriam Hospital after an illness. She was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, a daughter of the late Sandalio Rios and Paola Fonseca. She had been an instructor in social services prior to retiring.She had been a resident of The Mansion in Central Falls for several years.
She leaves her son and principal care giver, Luis Rios of Central Falls, and Juan Delgado Rios of Puerto Rico and a daughter, Rosa Delgado Rios also of Puerto Rico.and several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. She also leaves a brother, Antonio Rios Fonseca and 2 sisters, Lourdes and Lucila Rios Fonseca all in Puerto Rico and Lidia Rios Fonseca of Florida. Carmen was predeceased by her son Tomas Delgado Rios and 4 other siblings.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 20th in the Coelho Funeral Home at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfullly invited to attend.
