We are very sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. The Holy Scriptures provides words of encouragement for all who have lost loved ones in death. Our lord, Jesus said in John 5:28: "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the "memorial tombs" will hear his voice and come out". Jesus was talking about the beautiful hope of a resurrection! These words are sure to be true because he himself while on earth, resurrected some who were asleep in death.
