Albert Joseph Boucher

Albert J. Boucher, 86 years old, formerly from Gardner MA, passed away at RI Hospital surrounded by his family. Mr. Boucher was the husband of the late Lorraine (Cassie) Boucher. He was born in Gardner, MA, a son of the late Joseph and Alice (Gagnon) Boucher. He had lived in Florida several years before returning to Rhode Island and had lived in Pawtucket with his daughter Kathy for the last year.  In his younger years, Albert had been a professional boxer. He later worked at the Memorial Hospital in the housekeeping department.

          He is survived by 3 daughters, Katherine J. Acosta of Pawtucket, Lynne M. Boucher of No. Smithfield and Debra A. Lafreniere of No. Providence.  He also leaves a sister Jeannine Cormier of Gardner, MA. He was the Grandfather of Justin Acosta, Chantel Acosta, Dana Lafreniere, Desiree Lafreniere, Ricky "RJ" and Christa Abatiello.  He also leaves many Great Grandchildren and one Great Great Grandchild.

        Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to calling hours at the Coelho Home, on SUNDAY EVENING, from 6 until 8 PM. Interment will be private.
