MaryLou Roach, formerly of Central Falls, passed away Monday at Pawtucket Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center after an illness. She was the wife of the late Edward F. Roach. MaryLou was born in Providence, a daughter of the late George D. and Anne Brett. She had lived in Central Falls several years before her illness. She had been employed as an assistant chef at Harris Health Center in Central Falls and previously at the former Pawtucket Health Center.
She is survived by a son, Gregory S. Guellar of New Jersey, three daughters, Jamie L. Guellar of Pawtucket, Katie M. Roach and Kerri A. Roach both of Providence. She also leaves a sister Patricia Mancini of No. Kingstown and a brother Jack Brett also of No. Kingstown and three Grandchildren. She was the sister of the late George Brett and Claire Gauthier.
A Celebration of her Life will be held on Friday from 10 AM with a Service at 11:30 AM in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home. A Committal Service will follow at 1PM in the RI Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Exeter, RI.
