Leonard Entwistle, 88, of So. Attleboro, passed away Tuesday at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Virginia G. (Graham) Entwistle and had been happily married for the last 64 years. He was born in Lincoln, RI, a son of the late Arthur and Jessie (Dowding) Entwistle. He had lived in So. Attleboro for many years. Leonard was a self employed carpenter. His unconditional love of his family, wicked sense of humor, strength of spirit and his quiet grace will be his legacy. Everyone's favorite partner at Hi Lo Jack Tournaments, he was such a great player.
Besides his wife he leaves two daughters, Maddie Folan and her husband Edward of No. Attleboro and Kathy Depot and her husband Scott of Washington, NH.He also leaves 3 brothers, Arthur, of Woonsocket, Cornelius of Lauderdale, FL and Francis Entwistle of Lincoln and 3 sisters, Thelma Lamastro, of Lincoln, Ruth Sousa of East Providence and Priscilla Bonomo, of Palm City, Fl, 5 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Dorcas Majowski, Frederick and Jessie Entwistle.
A Celebration of his life will be held Saturday, October 29th 2016 at 10 AM in the Good News Bible Chapel, 235 West Street, Attleboro, MA. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
